Photo Feature Submission Guidelines

Please refer to the following guidelines when submitting photos for the Photo Feature in Building Indiana News.

• Submit photographs by e-mail or by disk through the mail (see address below)
• Acceptable formats: high resolution pdf or 300 dpi, tiff or jpeg
• Names and titles of all people (left to right) in each photograph must be listed
• Photographs can be posed or natural
• Must include a summary of the event, including date of the event, location, attendance total, and other specifics that capture the essence of the event
• Photos and accompanying information must be submitted no later than: Nov. 1, Jan. 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, or September 1 for the respective issues of Building Indiana News
• Building Indiana News has the final discretion to utilize any of the submitted photos
